efforts in accomplishing the set goals of the organisation.

• These relates to a situation where other groups of individuals are considered special than other
members in the organisation by either the management or supervisors.
• Such practices creates enmity between workers in organisation hence resulting to hatred among
the staff thus hinders them to work as a team with one common goal.

• These are the new production and communication devices adopted by the
organisation to better their means of production and also to produce efficiently
• They influence human behaviours within the organisation in their adaptability and
acceptance by the working team in the organisation
• Employees can either adapt to the newly introduced technology or collectively
decides to boycott its implementation following its impacts on the workers in

• These refers to personal skills and ability to transfer information from one source to the users
• It influences organizational behaviour since the organizational set goals needs to be regularly
communicated by the management to the staff members.
• These skill will impact the behaviours of the workers either positively or negatively depending
on the manger`s communication skills to convince or pass an information to the staff
members.

Interpersonal skills
• Interpersonal skills are skills within an individual in the organization which determines
his/her behaviours in relation with people within the organization.
• Such skills will determine ones behaviour in the organisation which will affect the
behaviour of other staff in the organisation towards some task assigned by the manager or

Motivation skills
• This is a way of appreciation to a group of people in the organisation and encouraging them to
improve on their assigned duties.
• Motivation in an organization is very important since it boosts the morale of the working staffs to
continue with their work. This can be done through rewarding them as a sign of appreciation to
the staff members.
• It positively influence workers behaviours in performing their assigned duties as these will
impact their output positively.

Improving peoples` skills
• Improving on workers skills in order to meet the current changing production
techniques has imposed a bigger challenge to managers since many workers are not
willing to learn and not welcoming the idea of change in the organization.
• These has resulted to mixed behaviours within the organization thus hinders team

Empowering staff
Staff empowerment entails improving the employee`s welfares like providing of
educational bursaries for staff`s families or medical cover for the staff.
• These action has become a major challenge due to its high cost in empowering
which the organisation cannot afford to support.
• Organizations also may lack proper legal way of empowering its employees.
