Organizational behaviour is the evaluation of individual’s behaviour within a group, this is

this report. Sainsbury is one of the largest multinational supermarket chains of UK which

an affordable pricing. Analysis of organizational culture is done in this report with its theoretical
implementation. Effectiveness of theoretical wise analysis of organizational culture is evaluated
in this report. With that analysis of culture’s role on employee motivation is also done in this

employees all across the globe. Thus Handy’s theory of organizational culture can be
implemented in this scenario for evaluating Sainsbury’s working culture which is used for
