strategies, technology and other attributes of the organization in response to failure in
an attempt to achieve goals and objectives. The changes in an organisation occurs
when the standards are changed. These changes can be continuous or for a distinct
period of time as each organization go through with the present changes.

When it comes to make alterations within a company like Marks and Spencer, it is
required for the organisation's leader to use different leadership styles based on the
situations that has been faced by them. Basically when a situation changes, a leader
cannot perform jobs using same approach which was being used previously when
nothing got changed.
Transactional Leadership Style:- This kind of leadership style basically focuses
on results, conforms to the existing structure of Marks and Spencer and measures
success according to company's system of rewards and penalties.
