LPHY is a local charity who

care for local people. This
organisation has two halves,
Retail and Non- Retail.

There are few of the issues faced by the company which can be mitigated by their strategical and
operational changes.
For example, their employees are leaving their organisation and switch to other organisation
because other companies offer them higher salaries. Hence, due to this their employee's turnover
is increasing.
