In market the growth of competition and worldwide globalization companies need secure traditions for
making sustainable in future. If the big companies has change the organizational strategies they face
many problem but in small companies they has change easily organizational strategies and operations
and they has easily implement it. These changes need as per the demand of market and customers from
this create new organizational structure and culture. The problems which examine by the organizational
changes are:
The process engineering efforts are reduce.
Productivity initiative and Total Quality Management (TQM) decrease by the loss of engineering
staff.
Delay the implementation of new rate of products and services of ERP/MRP system.
Changes are also impact on new product which introduced in market.
There is also possibility that impact on future leadership and loss of plant people and experience
engineers.
The aim and benefits of the organizational changes are
The organization makes traditional hierarchal structure for efficient working in company.
New leadership has recruite new employee with new ideas for getting efficient work.
Different culture make new energy in employee which satisfy the both customer and employee
need for achieving the company goals.
The Vodafone need the changes for secure the future and increase the benefits provide to the customer
for attract them. There are three types of enduring change in organization are:
Natural growth: development changes
Move the unknown: transformational changes
In transitional change evolve slowly.
The successful changes in organization have shown the collaborative efforts of the management.
Management has also responsibility that they would make better relationship with people have
authority to shape and determine nature of the company.

The different drivers which are using in the organization for changes are two types are Internal and
External.
In internal there also subparts are: Capabilities, dissatisfaction, Resources, Desire, inventions.
The subparts of External are: investors, competitors, government, technology, customers, and
competitors.
In internal organization need better resources for manufacture the product. It is basic need of
organization because without machinery employees are not able provide services. In Vodafone
resources are form the networks, towers, LAN, routers etc. that help to provide the data, calling,
internet services to the customer. Organization has capability to change the old program of the
company for achieving the desire goals of the company. The organizational change were doing in one
condition is dissatisfaction from the employees. If the makes the goal but it has not given efficient result
or company has not gain the profit that time higher authorities examine the problem and do changes in
the company. The organization need to find the market problems with the help of inventions team that
help to make new strategies of market which different from the other market strategies. These new
innovative ideas were getting from the new employees.
In external the Vodafone has implement the strategies that make by the internal sources. The company
needs investors for purchasing the essential raw material for the company. The company also need to
follow the government law and regulation which helpful for the customer. Company give more benefits
to the customer for influence the customer and more attractive. These makes the competition in the
market from the other small and large company. Company also need work on latest technology for fast
work because today customer need fast service.
