INTRODUCTION
It is clear that change is the common thread which passes through all the business
regardless of their nature, size, age and type of industry. Further, the economy is changing at fast
pace and thus, it is necessary for the firm to introduce changes in their working and structure.
During the introduction and implementation of the change, a change acquire many new learning
and this is how they gain high experience and adopt several skills. Therefore, this report describe
the reflective of a group which have been learned while making this portfolio.
MAIN BODY
Reflective
After the accomplishment of all the portfolios, this can be critically reflected that all rest
portfolios have been prepared by putting hard work by me. I have did intense research related to
the topic and on the basis of which reporting was done. Further, all the theories have been
critically analyzed and then inserted in the reports. Thus, all the reports are of utmost standard
and however, still some more efforts are required to make it in a perfect manner. Furthermore,
critical analysis have been carried out in a proper manner yet strong arguments have not been
drawn.
Moreover, reflective can be done that during the preparation of all the portfolios, I have
gained many new learning. Further, I can say that I have learnt about the significant role played
by leadership in bringing change in the company. Through this, I analyzed the leadership traits
among me which can help me while introducing change in a company. Moreover, I also learnt
about the theory E and theory O which aids in the implementation of change in a company.
Along with that, one positive factor for me is the development of reading and writing skills
among me. In addition to this, I also developed the time management skills as I managed my
every work in a given period of time and I learnt to prioritize my work. Furthermore, I learnt
about all the factors which can leads to the failure of change. This way I identified my perception
about the change and tried to build such perception which adopt the change in a positive manner.
Similarly, I enlarged my knowledge about the change management as several theories of change
management system has been learned by me.

Thus, this much enhancement of knowledge about the change will help me in the future
when there will be occurrence of change. As a manager or leader in coming future, I can
appropriately implement the change in an organization. Along with that, the skills which have
been learnt by me will help me in the future during the implementation of change. Furthermore,
the development of writing skills will help me to write about change in a journal or blogs on
internet.
CONCLUSION
From this report, it can be concluded that, the reflective depict many new learning and
adop0tion of skills which can help in the future while facing the change and implementing the
change as well.
