In addition to the communication plan, the overall project plan will also remain the same
except suitable actions will be taken in order to ensure the barriers mentioned in the previous
document addressed suitably. The strategic elements in the developed project plan include the
stakeholder management plan and the reporting strategy. The stakeholder management plan is
used to determine suitable roles and requirements expected of the stakeholders and the reporting
strategy is prepared to ensure the stakeholders can report to suitable authority in case they face
any challenge or barrier during the project.
3. Plan for Meeting with General Manager
The meeting with the General Manager will mainly involve the following discussions.
I. The first point will be to present the stakeholder management plan and convince
him that all these stakeholders will play vital roles in the course of the project.
The plan will also include the proposed reporting strategy.
II. Tactics will be discussed regarding gaining trust of the existing employees and
workers of the organization.

III. The General Manager should be convinced that this project is good to go ahead
with a large number of benefits for the company in the coming times.
4. Plan for Meeting with Truckers
During meeting with the truckers, it will be required to first gain their trust in the first
five minutes. After that, the change requirements will be mentioned including the benefits they
will receive. Finally, their feedbacks will be taken regarding the changes and the benefits and
these feedbacks will be sent to the higher authority.
