C ) Implementation Strategy :
Priority plan
For implementing strategy a business plan has to be applied with correct data and useful
methods. These all methods consist of physical design, necessary information, network design,
transactional activities. TTF need protocols that can circulate all over its head offices. Routine
protocols are needed to design communication and transaction for different units. And so there is
no option left to manipulate anything (Ehler, 2018). Speed and cabling types are required in
networking chain in this business. Network system is protected by malware and viruses by creating
a proxy wall which on the other includes accessibility of IP system. Similarly, industrial operations
are very controlled by industrial operations. It requires different documentations like :
Wi-Fi diagram
Rock layout diagram
Routing protocol diagram
Cable plan
Security diagram
Patching table
cloud services diagram
password vault
Then comes directory structure which consists of sites and organisational units. It includes many
sub directories which includes naming convention or file managing. Sites contain domain system

in which more subnet are there (Hayes, 2018). Then server specification is there, server testing

Stages in Decision Making:
1. Defining goals for meeting
2. These goals should be made clear to everyone. Every member of group should know the
purpose of meeting.
3. Deadlines and action items should be determined properly.
4. People should be encouraged to play devil's advocate.
5. People should be hold accountable and there should be track on milestones.
d) Review Plan
It is very much important for project manager to review the plan before implementing it.
This tactic is very much crucial in order to ensure successful completion of the project. It is at this
point that you can stand back from the entire program, evaluate successes and failures, and identify
process changes for the next project. This is part of the ongoing, continuous improvement of
change management. Review plan in context of present project involves determination of methods
for feedback, Action plan to respond feedback, Reporting on performance of the new service:
Method of gathering feedback with examples , signing off etc.
Feedback can be received through many ways like from live chat, live chat session, getting
customer feedback forms on TTF Site., measuring performance of customer service, calling
customer regularly, using email surveys for new customers. Issues can be addressed through live
chats. It helps the customers who do not reach to their desired products or do not get good
customer service (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017). Through this customer can easily come in contact
with the company.
Action plan to respond feedback
Online services for example Zopin has recently introduced live chat to increase
compatibility with its customers. Chat should remain proactive all the time so that its efficiency
11

can increase. This improves the quality of feedback and the way of responding. Performing live
sessions consists of basic questions which are asked to customers. If the user has any technological
complain then quick and prompt action is taken by the company. This helps in winning customer's
trust. A trustworthy feedback is provided by the company to customers another form like email,
for example feedback@abc.com . Through this email all grievances of customers are sorted out.
Another method is sending out email survey when complaint ticket is closed. The main aim is to
see whether customer's expectations are going with the resolution or not. When few questions are
there then only such surveys are performed (Koblinsky, Calvert and McDougall, 2016). Then
type of questionnaire is prepared which can be called as action plan to respond users. In the action
plan following things have be marked :
1) Identification of key sources of complaints and marking present level of satisfaction.
2) Key customer journeys are reviewed so that customer's needs are changed an system is
improved.
3) Customer should complain through social media sites only.
4) Monitoring effect of changes, improvement in new areas make reduce complains.
Reporting on performance of the new service:
Performance reporting is important because it sets benchmark for better performance and
monitor workforce. There are better chances to demonstrate external reports and compliance.
Methods of reporting to stakeholders:
This can be done through delivering details on undertaking status, routines and progress of
the project and business team. Reporting to stakeholders can be done by providing right
information since earlier report. Additionally, pending actions of the team can also included in the
activities already completed.
