days when there was no mode of communication like mobile phones, the internet or any
electronic media which is available now a days. Previously people use to communicate verbally
and by official formal hand written letters. So by all these things we can say that the
communication is not a process but a language itself where two people and a group of people can
communicate or can talk to each other. As the days are passing the communication process is
improving. At first, telephone came there for communication and after that mobile phones,
computer, internet, emails and today the social media sites are there for the superior
communication where people can connect themselves for 24 hours in a day. Now official works
also depend upon the social media sites because that is the best mode of communication. Emails
have replaced the hand written letters; the social media sites have reduced the usage of phone
calling because that is the smooth process where people can talk silently and freely on the social
media sites. In this essay, the communications process will be very much clear and will be given

attracted to read the article. Not only a good writing but also correct information about the
incident and the3 place where the incident has taken place. On the other hand a T.V journalist
should have good verbal communication skills and good body language where the overall
presentation should be good, and the verbal communication should be clear and well decorated
so the audience can get the clear information from the news, and by the next time, they will
follow the same news channel and the newspaper.
Communication is a part of linguistic. By the help of linguistic we have come to learn the
language, and by learning the language, people started to exchange the information and the
knowledge among themselves. In this, we can understand communication not only helps for the
presentation but also helps to exchange the information between or among a group of people or
between two companies. Information is the most important and the vital part of the
communication because communication is depending upon the information. Via communication,
a information reaches the destination. For example, if a person comes for the interview in a
company that person is the source of information, the bio data or the detail of the person is the
information the way of communication is the presentation and the manager or the owner of the
company who is the destination of the information. There is some process of the communication
which has been developed.
Information source: The source of information means a message which has been created by the
person to send or give the message.
Message: the message is the information which has been created for forwarding or for sending to
the destination of the message.

Organizational communication
Transmitter: Transmitter is the medium by which the message will be conveyed to the
destination. For example, we can say the telephone or the social media apps are the media of
communicating a message.
Signal: a signal is like the confirmation code which indicates that the message is send or has
been received by the receiver.
Receiver: Receiver is the person who is receiving the message, but we cannot say that the
receiver is not the all-time destination because a receiver can receive the message and will
convey to the destination of the message for whom the message is meant for.
Destination: The message which has been consumed by the person is called the destination and
also for the person for whom the message or the information has been meant.
The communication process has become easier in today's world, but then also the process is still
difficult in some concerned areas. The communication has two processes those processes are
Verbal communication and the non-verbal communication.
Verbal communication
Verbal communication is the oral communication where people are communicating directly or
by phone calls where no written documents or any text documents are available. Verbal
communication is the direct communication between two people among a group of people where
people are facing each other and communicating face to face. Verbal communication is the best
way of communicating because here both the person can understand the expression of the
communication and what the person wants instantly. The demand and the requirement can be
understandable, and more of all the behavior of the person can be understandable instantly in the
room or the conference. Verbal communication is much easier than another mode of

communication. People can present themselves instantly or can change the rectification instantly
by understanding the behavior of the opposite person. For example, the verbal communication is
very much useful in sales and the marketing sector because when a person is promoting a
product that time the person wants to sell the product to the customer for that reason the sales
person has to communicate verbally with the customer. That time the skills became very much
important because the sales person has to convince the customer to buy the product and for that
his communication skills should in high level by which the customer should get convinced to
buy the product. If we come to the leadership, then the leader should have the best
communication skills to influence the team and the team mates by his speech. It is tough for the
leader to deliver influence every time but then also the leader has to do that because the team
depends on the leader. The leader has to communicate verbally to the team mates which is
tougher because the leader has to edit the speech instantly and the speech should be effective to
the team mates.
Non-Verbal communication
Non-verbal communication is the process where the candidate doesn't have to communicate
directly the person can communicate with official applications, mails and by the help of the
social media sites. This type of communication has a big advantage where the person can
decorate the mail or the application with the help of good communicating words which has a
huge impact. On the other hand, the speech or the letter can be editable before the presentation
which will be more helpful so the presentation can be done in a good manner and this case the
presentation will be more attractive. But in nonverbal communication, there is a problem where
the person is not communicating verbally or directly in that case the response from the other side

can be delayed due to these process, and another point is that the behaviors of the persons cannot
be read due to the nonverbal communication. In nonverbal communication, the progress of the
work gets delayed due to the lack of physical presence. Although in today's world non-verbal
communication is very much useful due to the lack of time. It is not possible for all the time that
person have to communicate verbally for small cause for that the nonverbal communication is
there. Nonverbal communication is a source of work where the relation between people and the
company gets build up. From the nonverbal communication the confirmation of the work or the
deal gets clear, and after the confirmation, the verbal communication takes place for the further
procedure.
Out of these verbal and the nonverbal communication there is some other way of communication
or modern way of communication that is much easier than this ,type of connection for example if
a company manger is not present in a vital meeting then he or she can communicate via video
chatting or we can say that as video conference. This video conference is the best process of
communication it can be considered as the verbal communication though it is a part of nonverbal
communication. In the modern method voice recording and call conferencing is the most time-
saving mode of communication where people can communicate easily in any location.
Approaches to Communication
Communication is like the bridge which helps to build the relation between two people that
might be the employer to the manager or might be the customer to the customer service
executive. A relation is completely build up by communication because when a person wants to
make new relation might be a personal purpose or the business purpose that time communication
plays a vital role in making the relations. Communication also heals the damaged relationship
between the person or among the client of the company. Communication is like a medicine
