personal and professional life of the people as well.

The organizational communication helps the leaders to perform their roles and responsibilities
effectively. It is the second reason that why organizational communication is very interesting and
effective. I have measured that organizational communication is the basis of organizational
functioning. Furthermore, it is facilitates the delegation of authority. Having an open
organizational communication between the subordinate and manager is a prerequisite for
effective and unique delegation of roles and responsibility. Thirdly, organizational
communication provides support in overcoming and handling resistance to changes and it
ensures their implementation in the workplace. According to me organizational communication
also encourages the good human relations in the personal and organizational life as well. The
company can meet long term mission and vision by using effective and dynamic communication
at the workplace. It will also helps in gaining competitive advantages at the workplace (Grunig,

There are various ways through which I can apply organizational communication in present
professional. To apply organizational communication in present professional, I will maintain
good relationship with senior executives and top management. It will help to encourage and
develop the effective communication at the workplace. Face to face conversation also helps in
maintaining good communication in the organization (Dozier, Grunig and Grunig, 2013).
Therefore, I will conduct seminars, sessions and programs to build and encourage unique
communication among the workers. I will have to develop and use attractive communication
strategy to apply this in future professional. Apart from this, I will avoid to rely on the visual aids
because it will help in maintaining favorable communication in my professional. I will engage
with the audience in discussion and debate to implement dynamic communication at the
workplace (Cummings and Worley, 2014). I will use the PIP approach for orientation of the
employees in the organization. Following this approach, I can share the ideas and thoughts with
other in the organization. Clarity will eliminate misunderstandings and mistakes at the
workplace, it will improve the likelihood of effective and unique relationship, and furthermore it
will help the workers maintain a professional manner. I have analyzed that misunderstandings do
not only cause issues and conflicts but also may influence the business. To maintain a optimal
clarity, I will maintain direct and open communication with customers in an effective manner. I
will speak in an appropriate and effective tone, learn my boundaries and remember to respect
others. To maintain an effective communication in professionalism, I will listen to other issues,
beliefs, needs, opinions and concerns that can provide great insight to the workers for the
direction (Entrepreneur, 2018). Listening can also be an effective and dynamic way to maintain a
healthy working environment and relationship without crossing the boundaries. I have been
found that confidence can come off through ample of ways however the right and unique type of
confidence and moral can help me appear either responsible or professional. Body language is
also an important part of the communication in the organization. I will focus on the body
language and gesture while talking with others. It will help in maintaining strong and heavy
communication in my professionalism. All these things help me to develop and build good
