Communication is known as two way process which help in forming as well as
transmitting of ideas, feelings, thoughts and opinions among two or more people Forestry
Commission, (2019). Present report lay emphasis on purposes and principle of the
communication of organisation and ways in which principles of organizational communication
can increase the effectiveness of communication and analysis the communication practices.

information, ideas and views from one person to another or one end to another end known. The
purpose of communication is to clearly understand, what one person wants to explain to other. In
the present case Mr Fishy is required to ensure that all information related to new policies get
passed to all staff members in proper manner. People understand actual meaning so that no issues
take place.
Through Communication process there is a flow of information among various staff
members and departments of an organisation .it can use different media and various channels
as well as networks. The flow of information is crucial for the decision making process and for
the managerial effectiveness. It is quite important for Human resource manager as well because
they are the one who is in contact with other managers, workers, employees as well as trade
union leaders and eliminate misunderstanding. it also creates clarity of thought and expression.
Communication can be written or oral, formal or informal, interpersonal interdepartmental. It
helps in bringing people together and close to each other. Mr. fishy is required to ensure that
workers have great contact with each other’s and they understand view point of each other
effectively. In such condition Mr. Fishy will have to make communication regarding the new
policies with other staff members in written and oral both format. This will help in minimising
confusion and will support in managing he workplace activities in efficient manner.
Communication builds a bridge to remove the gap between the individuals and groups by the
flow of information as well as create understanding between them. Information is most crucial

can be used by Mr Fishy to bring the overall change within an organisation's work style,
