communication within the company is essential to the success of an organization (Mulyana,
Briandana, and Rekarti, 2020). Nevertheless, of industry or business size, communication has the
potential to become an integral part of our daily lives. We are in regular contact with self-
employed people, staffs, clients, partners and other stakeholders. Organizational communication
is the process of sharing information in such a way that organizational plans, goals, policies, and
rules are shared with employees and employees (Strategies for Effective Communication in an

According to the viewpoint of Ahmed (2019), Communication consists of several types,
which are formal communication (Types of Organizational Communication, 2019). Informal
communication, vertical communication and horizontal communication. All of these types of
communication help companies deal with multiple employees and communicate effectively.
There may also be oral and written communication, which may lead to the formation and
understanding of other people’s communication behaviours (Uysal, 2018). Communication
hypothesis is the best utilized in associations. These hypotheses are traditional theory, socialism
hypothesis, and development communication hypothesis. These are dictator speculations, in light
of the fact that these are the hypotheses gotten from Plato's tyrant theory. This set up that a
couple of individuals ought to be permitted to manage the country. He claimed that it is
foreseeable for the media to obey the orders of the state, even if the state does not control the
media.
According to Fulk and Boyd (2021), The other is the theory of communism, proposed by
Karl Marx. This establishes that the politics of the famous class is the dominant ideology. It was
first proposed by Lenin, who believed that press freedom must be accurate (Emerging Theories
of Communication in Organizations, 2021). People think that the media should educate people
instead of trying to provide information. Then another theory is the theory of cognitive
dissonance, because it is related to conflict, which leads to contradictory ideas, which is called
cognitive dissonance. This theory says that everyone is focused on balancing beliefs. Avoid
cognitive dissonance; a person will yell at any point of view that conflicts with their point of
view. There are some opinions that support this communication process, that communication
helps staffs members in sharing their problems with their employers (Vossen, and et.al., 2018).
In addition, they have the opportunity to develop and participate in the business's innovation
initiative. Then, additional advantage is that it helps to make real decisions. However, on the
other hand, there may be more arguments against invalid communication in the organization,
because if employees or employers conduct invalid communication, they may understand the
information and it is difficult to meet the requirements and needs of customers.
CONCLUSION
The conclusion drawn from the previous report is that communication in the organization is
necessary for information conversion and exchange with employees and customers. Effective
communication can increase the productivity of employees and the productivity of the company.
