(Alvesson and Sveningsson, 2015). Organizations like Google follow the culture in which
employees are free to share their ideas and any information. It not only helps in achieving the
growth by organization but also helps in motivating the employees to work more hard.
Culture plays an essential role in the multinational organization as they are required to follow
different culture based on the environment of country.
According to Winnubst, (2017) culture includes the several elements such as leadership
climate, encouragement activities, process, rewarding system of organisation, structure
followed in organization as well as quality of information sharing. In recent fast changing
environment, most of the big organizations give focus on the large participation of employees
in the decision-making of various activities. Therefore, fostering of encouraging culture
enables the organization to fill the information gaps, bringing creativity as well as promoting
of positive leadership. Sharing of quality information also assist the organization in getting
the huge customer base and growth in market.
In every organization, information sharing also describes the transferring of data between
several process, people, as well as technologies in the organization. It helps in encouraging
the information across different channel that assist in decision making and adopting of
strategies. In this way, developing the information system platform in company plays the
vital role to remove the several barriers. By including the employees in decision-making, a
positive work culture is developed in the organization where employees always try to
improve the productivity. Information sharing culture affects the organization in positive
manner. It also assist the manager in discovering and finding out the current knowledge gaps

employee in negative manner. It therefore depends on the type of organization culture. In this
way, it is in the interest of the organization to remove the negative factors that tends to slow
down the employee performance.
In this way, it can be concluded that the impact of information sharing culture bring the
various useful and positive insights for the organization. It also helps the organization in
building trust among the employees as well as boosting the efficiency and productivity. It
also helps several organization in saving the cost and time that is associated with the
information sharing. Besides this, it will also help the organization in bring transparency or
