helps in contributing to the unique social and psychological environment of an organization
(Alvesson, 2012). It can also affect the way the people and group interact with stakeholders,
client and each other’s. The organizational culture also includes an organizational values, norms,
systems and visions. Organization culture helps in interaction between employees, creates brand
image, promotes healthy environment and relationship among employees, it also helps in
reuniting employees who are otherwise from different cultural backgrounds; it also promotes
healthy competition in the environment. The word Impact have a lot of meanings impact can be
used in order to refer to a physical force as well as an influence impact is also used in order to
show a strong effect on something (Grant, 2012).
In today’s world, there is a lot of competition. Each organization has its own way to run.
Organizational culture is one of the most important things in any organization; it shows the
identity of the employees and the image of the organization as well. Organizational culture has
become one of the most important things in today’s world. It has been seen that a bad culture of
organization can have impact on the behaviour of the people, innovation of the company and
customer service as well. Customer service is one of the most important competitive advantages
as it affects the performance and employee engagements, which lead to retention in the leading
companies hence affecting the effectiveness of the organization.
Information sharing means the exchange of data to a lot of organizations, technologies and
people. There is a lot of type of information sharing such as the information shared between
software and firmware, information shared by a particular organization and b information shared
by individuals on platforms such as Facebook and YouTube. Information sharing is one of the
most important ways to achieve success in the organization and stimulate the cultural change and
innovation. The overall performance and effectiveness of the company improves as well.
Organizational culture also affects information sharing. Organizational culture is one of the most
important connections between the information sharing. Organisational culture plays a very
important role in determining an individual's attitude towards information sharing. When the
culture of the organization is impacted, most of the employees leave the company or the
organization and the information, which is shared with them regarding the organization leave
with them this also highly, affects the organization (Yang and Maxwell, 2011).
For this information, management is important. Information management includes both physical
and electronic management. It is a collection and information management from a particular
source to another and distributes information to one or more audiences. Management actually
means that the organization has control over the structure, processing and delivery of the
information. It is seen that managing information in an organization can actually bring many
advantages and benefits to the company, such as make the organization free from problems,
introduce growth and innovation, and improve the delivery to the customers (Laudon and
Laudon, 2011).
