organization to understand the needs of organization and examine the human behaviour that

different organizational culture and approaches Decathlon has been taken. It was established in
1976 by Michel Leclercq that provides Clothing, Sports wear and Sports equipments at retail

model, culture improves organizational effectiveness with a focus on communication, role of
culture on employee motivation and culture of the organization that helps to maintain
