The evaluation related to organisational culture in Google concluded that businesses such as
Google revolutionized the workplace by developing corporate culture which not only includes
fun but also motivated flexibility, creativity and fellowship among the employees (Alvesson and
Sveningsson, 2015). it is concluded that from the last past years google ranked one of the best
employers repeatedly in the world. Google follows open communication in their company in
which employees have no restrictions to say and share views to others. As the google apply
Maslow's motivation theory in which it provide tall the necessary things which require to
motivate their employees like good and informal environment in which unlike many other
companies employees can wear anything what they want. Employees feel liberate from getting
this freedom and feel at home and ease inside the company. As it follows corporate culture
which is no typical corporate culture where this motivational theory help the employees to
perform well and also this culture motivate them in which meeting rooms in Google office are
filled with bean bags, It is also identified that Google campus consist coffee bars, play areas, free
meals, outdoor terrace and dog-friendly working environments all over the world. Google
created their corporate culture definition to focus on creating productive workplace and happy
employees. Its long term success is consistently and indisputably tied directly to their
organisational culture. Google also focus on building a connection culture among the
management, stakeholders and customers which is key element contributing in the success of this
global brand. Culture and behaviour of the employees plays a major role in attracting customers
or users linked with Google. According to the study it can be summarised that Google’s
achievement and success can be dedicated to its alignment of organisational culture with the
business goals and objectives(Driskill, 2018). Effective culture within the workplace helps to
develop a sense of happiness among the employees that directly becomes a motivational factor
for them and boost their performance.
