INTRODUCTION
Organization theory is refer to the set of principles and concepts which provides
framework in the aspect of proper study of performance, structure and activities of organization.
It is also defined as the study of single person and team working within company and it also
reflects that in which way the structure of firm is strongly developed. With help of various
organizational theory organization easily sustained positive relationship with all categories of
consumers for long time. Here the chosen company is Mark and Spencer and the head office of
this company is situated in United Kingdom (Al Kerdawy, 2019). The organization was
established in 1884 by Michael Marks and Thomas Spencer. Mark and Spencer is dealing with
wide range of products which includes grocery items, food products, fashionable cloths, beauty
products and others. The report will covers evaluate the organization structure and culture of
selected company, how do their impact the way the company is being managed. It also cover are
the employees of the firm motivated adequately to achieve the organizational goals. It further
covers evaluate whether the company is performing well or not because of the approaches that
they are undertaking.

Hierarchical organizational structure – It is basically a one type of pyramid shaped
chart in the form of hierarchical organizational structure. Due to following this type of

maximum level. The third one is establishment of strong infrastructure and with help of these
infrastructure workers are able to do their job role without any type of fear and free mind. In this
way workers easily provide full support for producing best quality services according to
company standard. The other advantage for using effective infrastructure is that strong
distribution channel is formed. With help of effective supply chain organisation is able to
maintain balance in the demand and supply of product effectively.
