organizational change, how it works, diverse workings that are critical for the implementation
of change within the company. In this report the case study on Focus Construction, in which
Organizational development issue will be elaborated and diagnosed through the interview and
also been critically evaluate the Organization Development theory. The interview will help in
elaborating the issues and will also help in finding the problems that the company faces in the
recent years that will be measured through theories. Furthermore, system theory will be
applied to the OD issue to determine the factors which are relevant to the change
management. In the end of this report the Conclusion and recommendation will be discussed.

name suggests. The company main objective is to work hard to deliver the unique vision of
their clients. The company has the main focus is on quality that should be on the top level
