principle which are there in regards of each profession so that the individual is able to have
proper amount of clarity in its work. It should also able to follow the regulator rule of the
profession as this help the individual to get proper understanding of each work in the

considered in the company profession it states how an individual is able to work in the

required amount of professional goals in the company.
WHC Act should also be followed by the company so that it can able to have ensure
Work Health and Safety Act 2011 as it state that the company should able to have proper

They are the one who worked in construction site and able to build different structure
for different company. To achieve the goals first it should identify the need of company and
then it should check individual goal which can be matched with company goals after this it
