Tokyo.. People In Aid is the non-profit organization having headquarter in the UK, Australia and
South Africa. Report includes the key features of the organization along with the implementation
of business model and organizational policies within the organization. The report ends with the
analysation of activities and goals conduct by the organization which influence the environment
by considering the ethical practices in the business.

consumer market of electronic products. Sony provides financial, electronics etc. services to

established by agencies in the development sector in 1995. Organization has grown form a small

to the global resource for NGOs. People In Aid does not exist as the company had merged with
the HAP International on 9 June 2015 to form the CHS Alliance. organization has agenda to
raise effectiveness of organization in the development and humanitarian sector within the world
by supporting, advocating and acknowledge good practices for management of the
people(Anderson, 2016). The organization has implemented this vision by using the People In
Aid Code which include the seven principles of effective people management.

councillors for Birmingham City in 40 different wards which represents one million
