INTRODUCTION
Development is refers to the process or a phenomena used by individuals and organizations
for improving and enhancing their abilities personality and skills. Development is an ongoing
process in a life of an individual and foreign organisation as change and development moves in a
line and therefore it's important for individuals, teams and organisation to develop for better for
keeping up with the aggressively changing environment. The report consist an analysis of
individual team and organisational development in relation with selected company known as
Hightown housing association (Bolino and et. al., 2018). The height on housing association was
founded in in 1968 by Ken Loach. The height on housing association gradually became a leading
regional provider of affordable housing and support managing over thousands of properties and
100 of care and supported housing services. The report covers different professional skills
knowledge and behaviors which are essential for an HR advisor to develop in order to perform
with their best performance level. Moving forward a skill audit is also made with a proposed
personal development plan. Furthermore, difference between organisational and individual
learning is highlighted along with difference between training and development. Moving further
the high performance workforce systems their benefits are analyzed along waves identify
different approaches of performance management and enhancement.

An HR advisor of an organisation has numerous responsibilities and duties in relation to
the organisation for which they require appropriate knowledge skills and abilities to perform
their job role in the best and the most efficient manner. Every organisation focuses on
development and supporting of strategic business regarding the achievement of their specific
strategic goals (Dowling and et. al., 2018). These objectives of the company will be obtained
when the organisation is evolving and developing according to the change in environment and
the people that is the individuals and different teams working in it is also developing their
personal skills behaviour and knowledge which ultimately benefits the organisation and its
objectives. Therefore for performing properly and according to the requirements of the

organisation HR advisor need to develop specific knowledge skills and behaviours which are as

Decision making skills: The decision making skills refers to a very analytical and
Critical situations which as in HR advisor I have to handle and manager in the most
potential way. Decision making scale allow me to smoothly run the functions of the
hightown housing association offering proper understanding about very different aspects
of the entity and the employees associated with it (Lee and Cunningham, 2019).
Communication skills: Another essential skill which is required in me as a HR advisor of
a particular organisation is of effective communication skills. The interactive skills are
considered as the primary requirement of a employer that should be present within the
HR advisor which is it plays a very important role in managing the staff and improving
the coordination among them bye buy a guiding them in the right direction and
motivating them in the right way. HR advisor of a company is responsible for
communicating and becoming a mediator between the company's top level management
and the workforce associated with it. It is useful for me e as it provide me better problem
solving and conflict management abilities (Wiewiora, Smidt and Chang, 2019).
Knowledge
Legal knowledge: As HR advisor several different responsibilities such as to advise
Hightown housing association in disciplinary whistleblowing and good practice activities.
Responsibility and requirement of my company create the need for me too develop
effective legal knowledge so that I can provide advisors to the employees and to the
organisation in the most useful manner that will also help me to develop coordination
among the company and the people working in it.
Managerial knowledge: A HR advisor tool used to define assisting and supporting the
business in managing different team restructuring changes taking place in the company
relocations redundancies and many other crucial managing activities. Jessore it is very
important and useful for me to develop efficient manager and knowledge so that I can
develop the best organisational culture which is enhancing the performance and
productivity of the company by improving the performance level of the employees.

ORGANISATIONAL LEARNING AND INDIVIDUAL LEARNING
Organizational learning
Meaning- Organizational learning refers to the overall development of an organization
by undertaking procedures which can help it to gain appropriate knowledge skills and
behavior for prominent regulation and smooth running of the business (Shuffler and et.
al., 2018).
Advantages- The advantage and the strength of organizational learning is it provides the
ability and opportunity for the whole organization to learn develop and improve
according to the changes taking place in the external environment and building the most
potential internal environment for the individuals, teams and employees working in the
entity.
Individual learning
Meaning- The individual learning is a procedure which relates to the learning and
development of an individual depending upon own actions and interests. Individual
learning is basically focuses over the development and enhancement of skills knowledge
and behavior of an individual foreign exchange in their personalities that can help them in

Advantages- In favor of individual learning the advantage of it is purely and solely for
