ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR
Q. 1. What is something new that has been learnt in terms of being passionate and fully
engaged?
Answer to Question No 1.
In the modern times, almost no one is seriously passionate about his or her works and
engagements (Ahmed, Hameed & Mahmood, 2016). Different reports in relation to the level
of passion and engagement have shown the absence of any passion and bonding towards their
professional work among more than 85% of the people (Shuck, Zigarmi, & Owen, 2015). My
own experience while working in the workplace has helped me to learn a number of
experience. I think that staying calm and quiet in the workplace can help concentrate on the
work. I have learned that staying calm and quite can be helpful for being passionate and
engaged towards work.
Q. 2. How does this relate to the values?
Answer to Question No 2.
My own values are quite similar to the new strategies of staying calm and quiet. I
prefer to stay quite while working as this can help me to avoid doing mistakes. At the
beginning, I was reluctant about my work. However, my concentration towards the work
helped me to attain the required goals and gain passion for the work.
Q. 3. How have been your beliefs and challenges been challenged/confirmed?
Answer to Question No 3.
At the beginning, I felt a bit confused as because there were a number of problems
that affected my performance. There was a time when I felt that I would be unable to
concentrate on the work. However, after observing my seniors and the supervisors my belief
about calmness and Preservance helped me to restore my faith. The restoration of the faith

address any issues and concentrate on the work. We should personally think about the time
when we are highly engaged and concentrate on the work in a structured manner. I think at

highly experienced people who had an experience of more than 15 years in the corporate
industry. They played an important role to help me gain the understanding that calmness is an
