information about the Henry fuels five functions of management and their roles and responsibility. The
report will also discuss about the human resource and talent management and how they help in achieving
business objectives. Lastly the report will also discuss about the organizational culture and their
consequences of a strong and weak organizational culture.
MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE AND BUSINESS FUNCTION

Organizational structure is found as the process of different system that outlines different types of
activities that are directed in the organization to achieve the goals and objectives of the company.

Management is the process of administration in an organization which is related to the business, the

Scientific management theory
