 This presentation focuses on the challenges
which organizations will face in the next
twenty (20) years.
 It shows the critical analysis of the challenges
and issues which organization might face in
coming 20 years due to the changes in the
environment and technologies.
 This presentation shows the key 5 imperative
challenges which organizations need to
overcome to sustain their business in long run.

Uncertainty about
future
 The world is changing at fast pace. Things are
changing within one generation to next, be it
marketing channels, social media or new
technology.
 No one knows what’s going to happen in near
future but at the rate things are going it is
becoming more and more unclear
 Predicting the coming market trends,
customer trends, new choices is getting
tougher. The trends are changing at such a
fast pace that the things changed just within

Technology changes and
innovation
 With the ramified changes in technologies, the business
functions of the company may become absolute if they do
not adapt with the changing technologies.
 Technology is getting updated at the speed of light.
 In order to compete and be in race its very important for the
organization to innovate and bring new technologies
otherwise, there would be the risk of left behind.
 The absolute technologies may impact the business costing
and business process system which may push organization
back as compared to other rivals in market.

 However, recruitment of right talent, Agility, Innovation,
