The goal of the organization ray of Hope is to provide love, care, empathy
as well as assistance to the disadvantage group in the country of Canada. The
organization “Ray of Hope” also extend its helping hands to the marginalized
communities, people who are the minimum wage earners, as well as low-income
groups, as well as immigrants from other countries, who have come to Canada

operational goals involve ’Bring back to live’ programs. Under the ’Bring back to live’ programs
counselling, basic treatment for physical illness, engagement programs are arranged for youths
who were the victims of bullying, youths who have lost their jobs, youths who have become drug
addicted. The program is arranged both online as well as offline mode. This program also served
older adults. However, youths as well as older adults from several disadvantage groups, who are
suffering from severe mental trauma, can join the offline programs only (Ray of Hope., 2020).
Apart from that, the operational goals also encompasses free treatment for people belonging to
