INTRODUCTION
Study skills refers to the technique that is used in the short time which is applied in
almost all the fields of the study. Through this skills individuals boost their ability for the study
and recall their information which help in passing the exams in a better way. In the study skills
there are various things are included like active listening, reading comprehension and note-
taking. In this various activities also included are testing taking and time management. Apart
from these it is benefit throughout the life by remain confident and aware of all the subject
require in understanding the study skills (Bradshaw and Hazell, 2017).
SECTION 1
Where am I now?
From this questionnaires I want to answer that question of the modules which are
business organizations in this organizations I want to develop all my skills which is very
important for running the business. This include previous qualification and current qualification.
In the previous qualification I completed my graduation in developing the business course, in
which I learned lot of IT skills which is very important to run the software in the organization.
Through this I am able to develop all skills for the business operations. I also do course of the
import and export management which is very useful for the movement of the goods from one
place to another. It is very beneficial for the running of the business in the short period of the
time, because from export I am able to send my finished product from one country to another.
Recently I join international foundation programme for learning the English verbal writing for
the Academic purpose. In this I learned various study skills for the development of my all
interpersonal skills, communication skills and relationship management skills. IT skills are very
important in operating of the software and application in the computers and uses of the
technology in the development of the business for the expansion of the organization for its
effective operations (Craig and Austin, 2016).
What are the strength in the tool questionnaire
In doing the business there are lot of strengths are required for doing the business
profitable and for the expansion of the business, I have made my strength at the university
course. These are -

Hard worker- this strength is very important for doing any work because hard efforts is
required in every situation and in every course because without this, I am not able to
complete any task or activity. In the present programme International foundation
programme there is use of the hard working in every skills (Ebadi and Rahimi, 2017).
Competitive- It means there is the advantage of the competitive skills in the market. I
gain competitive advantage in my finished product which is very profitable for the
business. It helps in increase of the sale and reduction of the expenses which is very
useful for gaining advantage in the programme also by which I differentiate my own
personality with other.
Responsible- It means in every life all has different responsibilities which is very
difficult to handle all responsibility. It is my strength that I am able to manage all my
activities which is assign to me as responsibilities. I learnt lot of things through this in my
life.
Supporter- this strength is very useful in providing the support to my family, friends
and relatives. I have strength of supporter because I have helping nature in my overall
life.
The result is good, I genuinely think that my strength are exactly better as written in the
questionnaire. I have other skills also which I want to add in the list are time management skills,
communication skills (Jerrim and Moss, 2019).
Clear strategies for the achievement of the organizational goals
There are some strategies which is required for the achievement of the company goals are
-
My future objective is to develop my personal development by choosing the
international foundation course to develop my skills which is communication skills,
decision making skills, problem solving skills. I want to learn English language for
getting high level of the business in my life . I prepare my mindset to achieve all skills at
the higher level (Pladevall-Ballester and Vallbona, 2016).
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that study skills refer to the skills that is
used in academic and personal skills both to obtain the degree in the business. I this I want to
