It was found that the partnership between IT executives and the Hefty Hardware is not
that better, rather they both share a bitter relation because there is a continuous conflict going on
with the priorities and the perspectives to achieve company’s goal (McKeen & Smith, 2015).
The relation between both of the official executives must be resolved by setting up a
meeting by the board of directors along with the executives of IT. The conflict with the
miscommunication should be resolved at the earliest because they have a wrong mindset for each
other. This will help them to work accordingly and achieve the organizational goal. Hefty
Hardware should know the importance of infrastructure and bandwidth and IT executives must
know the importance of customer satisfaction.

A proper business plan which would help the Savvy Store Program is following:
Finding the line of business: IT executives would identify the specific problems using the

Developing business: It executives would practice some encouraging development like
colocation and shadowing so that it benefits the store. This would be equal to selling their
product.
Targeting the customers: the main part of business is to target and segment the customers
for the business.
Approaching the customers: this step will help the business to advertise their product
through direct communication with the customers.
Hiring a graphic designer: this step would help the business to tell their customers how
their business is different from others.
Support actions: telling the IT team regarding the use and value and usage of big data
application.
