communicator, accountability, decision making ability in adverse conditions, integrity,creative,
risk taker etc. This report is based on critical discussion about the role of a good leader in an
organization. As well as many theories are studied in order to grow the trust and faith between
employees and employer over the years.

aspect. Where there is no trust there is no existence of relationship in the global market. Goof
leader build trust and confidence among the team members in order to assure workers that the
act taken by them are beneficial for employees and their career. As well as good leaders trust
provide a sense of safety to the staff members in terms of emotionally and physically. By doing
so workers overall productivity ratio can be raised which is a positive sign for the enterprise.
