Organisation learning introduces as an effective process that involves applying
knowledge or skills for a motive and learning from the outcome. Sustainability occurs after an
enterprise has made significant modifications to enhance performance. Main purpose of
conducting this dissertation is to find out importance of organizational learning and sustainability
in construction industry. For doing research over such topic, different number of activities have
been done by researcher. Firstly, aims and objectives have been created with the support of
research topic. Secondly, literature review have been completed by using different number of
books, articles, publication research etc. Research methodology is another section which have
been done with the use of qualitative and quantitative research methods, data collection sources

activity which have been done with the use questionnaire and thematic analysis. Conclusion and

maintaining the long-term sustainable competitive advantage, it is essential for construction
industries to implement strategy, based on organisation learning for improving performance. It
includes creating, transferring and retaining knowledge to provide benefit to people, for
enhancing their performance. The main objective of present dissertation is to understand how
organisational learning help people that are working on an existing construction project, in
completing future projects more successfully. This would include a chain of events, under which
a project team can get a mechanism to embed their knowledge into company, that aid future team
to work on new project in sustainable manner. To make investigation on chosen topic, various
theoretical perspectives under literature part on current state of knowledge is being summarised.
It also outlines some main methodologies that are adopted by researchers for preliminary
findings about organisational learning and rest of the section, by developing a systematic
framework for sustainable project delivery.
