The reading of the chapter Personal Mastery and Share Vision are thought provoking because
these are the two main areas that can form the basis of a smooth functioning pattern of
organization and will help in advancing from stage to another enabling a functioning of all the
stakeholders to the organization.
How the concept/lesson from the reading applied or can be applied to a current or past
organizational situation in the student’s experience.
Learning organisations can bring in desired change only when each individual working there has
a positive attitude towards creativity. An upward trend in growth of skills, vision, methods and
spirituality is an asset to the organisation which pivotal to change management through
continuous learning.
If we look this chapter, one may assume to be certain of the vital role that is played by the
