INTRODUCTION
Motivation is related to the feeling of the person which stimulate the behaviour and attitude of
person towards the achievement of organisational goals and objectives. Motivation is one of the
important aspect of the organisation which has provided chances for the success to the company.
There are many managers and leaders are present in the company which has provided motivation
to the employees of the organisation. This report provided description related to the theory of
motivation.
TASK
Motivation is the important part of the employees because it enables them to actively work for
the management of the organisation. The motivation of the employees are depend upon their
needs and desires. All the employees came in the organisation has some needs and desires such
as career goals and many more (Camacho, Alves and Boscolo, 2021). It is the duty of the
managers of the organisation that they analyse the needs and desires of the employees and try to
fulfil them so it becomes easy for them to make them able work for the organisation. There is
one specialised theory are present which is named Maslow need hierarchy theory which is based
on need of the employee and the brief discussion related to the same are given below:
Maslow's Hierarchy's of needs:
In Maslow's Hierarchy's of needs there are 5 types of needs like psychology needs, security,
Love and belonging, Esteem and Self-actualization which management of an organisation apply
to find out and fulfilled the basic needs of an employee's in the organisation so that they also
feel happy and satisfied with their job. The Maslow's Hierarchy's plays vital role in the
organisation so that the management of an organisation has to do proper analysis on the needs of
an employee's is required in the organisation and provide them accordingly.
Psychology Needs:
The Psychology needs is the most basic needs of employee's in the organisation. The
management of an organisation have to fulfilled those basic needs of employee's in the
organisation so that they feel good in the organisation and their performance help the
organisation to achieve the objective. The needs which required by an employee in the
organisation are good environment for working, Breaks to eat meal and snacks, need a rest room,

The employee's safety is also most important aspects that the management of an organisation has
to take care all those safety, so that the employee feel safe to work in this organisation (Erbas
and Demirer, 2019). The safety which an employee's want from an organisation that are, they
want safe living space and family protection and secured\assurance of job for which they are
doing hard work in the organisation to achieve the objective of an organization's goals. The
employee's provide good and standard life-style to their family to live in the society.
Love and belonging needs:
The love is here to examine that how much a employee's is dedicated for his responsibilities for
which they are assign to do the work. If they love their job and responsibility then they are
comfortable in the organisation and this help the organisation to achieve their objective
effectively. Sometime in the organisation the new employee's or existing employee's don't feel
comfortable to talk with each other than the management of an organisation conduct the event
where they come together and they start talking with each other and they feel comfortable in the
organisations.
Esteem needs:
The motivation of an employees towards the work in the organisation is to help them to achieve
the objectives of organization goal. If the employees esteem in the organisation is good then its
automatically impact the organization to grow. If the organisation of an employee's is struggling
to perform the task then the management of an organization help the employees to boost their
confidence back so that they perform the task with the self motivations. In the organisation the
employees esteem is play very vital role, the esteem of an employee will directly impact the
organisation growth and objectives.
Self-actualization needs:
This is the final needs that in organisation's the employees have good opportunities for
promotion so they work hard to garb the opportunities, management of the organisation must
provide the environment where they develop themselves for critical thinking so they make
creative ideas for the organisation.
