solving (CPS) is a way of solving problems or identifying opportunities when conventional

with innovative solutions. Creative problem-solving is the mental process of searching for an
original and previously unknown solution to a problem

When you are working on a problem, the second thing to do is to figure out the best approach to
use to find your solution. After taking the problem into account, it is necessary to investigate. It
is important to listen to all sides concerned before arriving at a decision. Call for a meeting to all
the involved employees or department and handle the issue with diplomacy. The right and left
hemispheres of the brain analyses problems in different manners. The left-brain organizes
information and makes decisions more logic. When a doable solution has been arrived, it is now
time to implement it. If it will do good for the whole organization, put into writing that policies
have been changed.
