Social psychology is a scientific study that related to the individual’s thoughts,

analyse influence of socio psychology in order to minimise business issues and challenges
appropriately. Three major areas of socio psychology as social thinking, social influence and
social behaviour have its own impact on the working practices of an individual and
organisation as well. This essay will going to determine a proper analysis of contemporary
issues in an organisational behaviour that can be affected by socio psychology.
