goals. The business organizational structure is known for performing various types of activities
such as ruling the employees, diversifying roles of employees as well as assigning various types
of responsibilities to departments and employees working in the organization. Organizational
structure also helps in determining how information will be flowing in the levels present in the
company (Smircich 2017).
According to the author Ivolga & Booth, (2019) the organizational structure is also
known for helping to shape the behavior in the organization. A good organizational structure is
known for establishing relationship among the business manager as well as the teams engaged in
the company along with the employees are workers working out with various types of
responsibilities. A perfect organizational structure help the organization by grouping people
together in a certain way which elicits or prevents specific negative behavior as well as it helps
them in knowing how its structure helps in shaping the employees behavior in small business as
well as in long business organization.
Good organizational structure also helps in providing best work culture for the employees
so that they can accomplish their strategic goals aligning with the company goals. Good

The hierarchical care model of organizational structure is one of the most popular
organizational chart type where the structure consists of grouped employees having clear one
supervisor. The hierarchical structure consists of 16 under which the finance team, technical
team, HR team and administrative team is present within the company.
The matrix organizational structure is known for reporting various types of relationship
set up by greed or matrix, it helps in engaging similar people with similar skills who are pool for
particular assignments or tasks. Example of a matrix structure can be represented by putting all
engineers in one engineering department who will be reporting to an engineering manager assign

The horizontal or flat structure of organization is known for getting adopted by most
small companies and short business startups in the early stage. The most important thing about
the structure is that many levels of the middle management are eliminated which enables
employees to take various types of decisions independently as well as quickly. Therefore
according to the author Ivolga & Booth, (2019) avail trend work force can be more productive so

training process. The horizontal or flat structure is known for working well with small company

more complex. There are more control, more bottom floor and few types in the decision making

from the hand filling machines to the use of latest computers in the organization. However it can
be said that for a better sustainability of the business in the long run technology creates positive
impact in the organizational structure of the company. Technology also makes the organizational
structure more efficient.
