Company Background:
NoJax Inc. is an American Start up business which is involved into fashion industry. The
company has recently stepped into the market, and has been able to make a good fortune by
involving into the manufacturing of shoes, dresses, and accessories. The organization has been
aimed to appeal the fit generation. The organization has sports apparel and gym apparel and has
especially gained a position in the shoe and the sport industry with their comfortable apparels
(Rindhe et al., 2017). Thus it provides a fitness lifestyle and has become extremely popular
among the elite class of the society. Along with this, the company ensures high quality which is
perceived as an added factor.
Organizational Behaviour:
Organizational behaviour is one of the most important factor which determines the
success of an organization. Therefore, the behavioural aspects of the organization determine the
popularity and the success of NoJax Inc, as well. Firstly, maintaining the characteristics of the
organizational behaviour, it is found the organizational structure of the company is characterized
by a cause and effect relationship. That is, the organization includes socially approved goals,
which are the causes and therefore, approaches them with the finding of applied research which
bring out the effects. Therefore, the structure of the organization includes both the individual and
the social goals, and ensure the organisational accomplishments and the goals of the employees
(Rindhe et al., 2017).
Secondly, the behavioural structure of the organization includes a humanistic approach.
This ensures the basic belief that human beings want to be independent and creative in their own

ways. Therefore, the organization ensures the practice of the innovation and employees
engagement in the decision making process and in the organizational conducts.
Thirdly, the organization includes a total system approach. Therefore, the behavioural
structure of the organization, includes the perspectives and the opinions of all the employees
regarding a decision making process, through the practice of the team culture, and at the same
time it ensures the benefits of the all the organizational members upon achieving the
organizational goals. The organization believes that the incorporation of motivational factors will
increase the performances of the employees and therefore, includes the motivating factors to
ensure quality production.
Evaluation of the Organizational Structure Analysis:
The organization has a Functional Structure and therefore, includes both positive and
negative aspects. It ensures an integration among all the divisions within the structure, and also
ensures proper functioning of each of these divisions and therefore, accomplishment of all the
organizational goals (Byelashov et al., 2010).
However, the communication structure of the organization is not well built and the
management department of the organization is quite unaware of this aspect, and as a result, it is
characterized with huge rate of employee turnover (Byelashov et al., 2010).
Success Factors fir NoJax:
The prime success factor for the organization is, the incorporation of the employees into
the decision making process. However, allowing innovation within the organization also ensures
organizational production (Rindhe et al., 2017). However, considering the above discussion, the

communication system practiced by the organization must be redressed and reconfigured to
improve the market position of the organization.
