INTRODUCTION
Organizational culture defined as to create the frame of reference in which structure of
the enterprise needs to be designed. Henceforth, this can be stated that communication and
relationship plays crucial role to set up healthy working culture (Roughton, Crutchfield and
Waite, 2019). Thus, all employees of the organization must follow rules and regulation of the
firm so that all things can be conducted effectively.. Therefore, organization culture transfer the
rules, believes, attitudes, behaviour, and assumptions that govern by the enterprise that how

The present report is based on Organizational structure and culture of Tower bridge dry
cleaners. It is dry cleaning and laundry company provided the professional dry cleaning and

and process of management, leadership role. Lastly, report will explain the relevant approach of

depends on the structure and culture because without clear structure departments and team
member cannot performer their job effectively.

allocate the task to team member and coordinate with supervision in order to achieve the
