It is very much required for any organization to ensure that employees are performing well
so that certain gaols are achieved in timely manner. Moreover, in case of the BUNI travel all
employees need to enhance the productivity so that certain goals might be achieved on timely
manner. Furthermore, below are list of some tools that might enhance the performance of all the
employees of the BUNI travel to achieve certain future gaols or objectives.
360 degree feedback: This is system where the organization evaluates each employee
performance for specific time period through the taking reviews from each employee that are
working together in the business. Also, the report might be collected either form the supervisors,
customers, clients, colleagues etc. (Frederiksen, Kahn and Lange, 2020). Thus, through
collective information the management is able to know what particular skills are lacking in any
individual and what corrective actions might be taken for further improvement. Also, the
corrective actions might be taken in form of training programs or sessions that would allow more
people to learn about various skills.
Key performance indicators: It is another tool that is useful when the BUNI wants to
evaluate the performance of individual employee based on the certain key indicators that are
established at the start or conduct of any activity. Also, these indicators are in form of short or
