about there professional well-being rather than their personal happiness. Money and the race of
winning from competitors have made the employees over engaged in work. Thus, it can be said
that it is difficult to balance a successful career with personal life. There are some of the ways,

within limited hours. He or the organization can set this as well. This will help in firstly
maintaining the work life better by reducing the stress of work and secondly the person will be
able to spend time with the family and friends. One of the most prominent way of making
balance between the personal and professional life is using technology. Technology is the best
way to utilize and save time (McShane & Glinow, 2017). People can work anytime from
anywhere, for instance, will moving in cab, tramps etc., work can also be managed from home.

time savers. It should be noted that while staying at home or with family such applications must
be turned off (Iedunote, 2019).

surroundings, sometimes meeting new people and introducing yourself to a completely new
environment changes the thinking perspectives and mindset. To keep0 a balance the employees
must plan trips with family on regular intervals, this will not only help the employee to get out of
that daily routine of office but also gives him an opportunity to spend time with beloved ones
