market study and financial study. I come to know how to analyse one's
own strengths and weaknesses for the course of establishment of one's
business. This project of establishing a theme based restaurant proved

The first barrier which I faced here was of the time. The time allotted
to complete this project was not sufficient as there were lot of factors
that needed to be addressed, which I was not able to do. For example,

number and charge more, if the proper time would have been allotted
then I would have been able to find the solution for the suppliers who
were willing to supply the right kind raw materials at the limited time
as the current suppliers were very pricey.
Other than that, the second barrier I felt here was that I was not able to

competitors available in the market and I was not able to analyse them.
The biggest drawback of my theme restaurant were the prices higher

required which the secondary data was not able to fulfil. To overcome

Business Plan: The main component in this project was to establishing
a successful plan. This theory was only studied by me in the course of
my subject but never been able to use in the practical field. But, while
working for this project, I was able to see this field and was able to
learn about it more and was able to implement in the outside world,
that is, in the market.
Worth of Employees: Employees are the key elements of any business
and they should be able to relate more to the organisation as their own
for their inputs. Here, the work of the owner or the top management is
to see that the workers are satisfied and have no issues and keep them
motivating to bring out their best so that they give their best to the firm.
Team- Building: An effective team works the same for the organisation
as the right marketing. The team building is very crucial for the firm as
it makes the whole process a lot more easier. If the team is effective
and efficient enough then, half of the load of the owner lessens. The
team should be worthy enough to know their roles and responsibility so
that they can perform their duties for the betterment of the
organisation.
Communication: A very important feature which is fulfilled by every
organisation, whose worth I didn't realise while studying is that of
Communication. An effective flow of communication can make the
organisation and an unbalance communication can disrupt the
workings. So, it is very vital for the firms to understand the importance
of communication for the success of a firm.
Managing Problems: It is very important for the organisations to realise
there would be a new problem everyday which would need immediate
supervision. So, at that time what organisations can do is to remain
calm and not to loose their calm and think for some creative solutions
to deal with it rather than just giving up.

work in right direction. In the context of business market and industry
feasibility research has taken essential part, thus this researches helps
me in enhancing my knowledge base in accumulation of data from
different sources. In this investigation work I have collected
information from primary as well as secondary tools for the purpose of
carry out the work in right direction, thus this helps me in my MBA
projects and also create benefits for me in conducting my future project
in more effective and efficient manner. In this primary sources are used
to gather new data which are accumulated for the very first time, thus
in this primary information is gathered through the perspective of local
people in London, as the owner of Organo Health Freak Restaurant are
the local citizen of London and has a good approach among public, so
it could be easy for them to collect information regarding market my
their colleges, neighbours, family or friends etc. Along with this
secondary sources like Books, journals, published articles are helpful in
developing a proper knowledge regarding the market.
In the modern business era, various actionable aspects are there in
market which affects the revenue of firm due to seasonal fluctuation
but these are not related with financial year. This particular project is
based on a business start up plan. With this unique concept, the
restaurant would imply affordable cost for purpose of penetrating in

In the beginning of the project I was quite nervous because I was not
particularly aware about the concept or business plan. During the
project work I have realise that my confidence level has increases
which develops my ability or skills to do work in more effective

work I have performed multiple tasks like feasibility analyses, Market
research, business plan development or canvas model etc. This

From the description of the overall project it has been analysed that it is
an academic project which helps an individual in developing their
capabilities and skills within the specified area. The considered project
provides a brief idea and knowledge about a business development
plan which helps me in developing my own knowledge ans skills base
in personal as well as professional level. The proper knowledge of
business plan helps me in developing my management skills that assist
me in conducting my professional tasks in more easy or effective
manner. However the business development proposal represents the
idea that there is not any kind of strategy available within market
which can be followed by firm to enhance its operation, thus a business
required to implement its own strategy in respect to achieving higher
competitive edge. Along with this, after implementation of research I
have realised that through proper execution of methodologies,
strategies and learning attained through experience helps an individual
in developing their knowledge base in handing business conditions
more effectively. Appropriate benefits of this business development
plan can be better understood with the help of an example, which is
