When I started studying business
management I face lots of difficulty
and problem, I feel nervous, because I
am not able to communicate with
people because there are belong to
different countries and they having
different language, so it is little bit
tough for me to communicate with
them. But after week, when I know the
meaning of business management,
which means analysing the business
operations and reviewing the projects
which helping the employees to
achieve the target of the organisation
effectively and efficiently. I analyse
that it is very important for the
personal development too, along with
it also teach the culture behaviour.
Because culture shows that it is not
only positioning the power, but it also
helps to drive the employee’s
satisfaction (Sahoo, 2021).This is very
beneficial for the company growth.
When I decide that I am doing my
Business management degree support me to
develop my management skills like,
presentation skills, organising,
communication and so on, this skill is
beneficial for my Carrier growth. Also
develop mu culture and behavioural things
to that help me to getting job in reputed
company, it benefits me to provide the
academic knowledge and skills to pursue
the international, career opportunities. This
skill is helping me to taking good decisions
for my carrier. It gives me many chances in
carrier job like sales representative,
operations manager, financial advisor,
manager and so on. Business management
gives me a path to achieve my future goals
effectively and efficiently (Jena, 2020). One
of the biggest benefits to studying the
business management degree is that, they
assist to build the management skills. This
skill allows me to be valuable asset for my
company. This skill supports me to respond
the challenges and recent development in
business and society. So I think choice

degree with business management, I
feel nervous that, what types of
environment I face, and how I handle
myself in this situation, this is good
decision or not. But after sometime I
see positive change on myself now, I
fell more confident and motivated,
because when I start talking with new
peoples who belong with different
culture. Teaching me allot of things
and I also gain knowledge about
various culture. Business management
is very necessary for any business, if
the company are not able to maintain
the business management in their
workplace, so they face lots of
problems, which impact negative to
performance of the company
(Tsyganov, 2019. The biggest
advantage to studying the business
management degree is that it supports
me to develop my management skills,
which is valuable for any organisation.
This skill helps me to respond the
challenges and giving me ability to
managerial decisions which considered
the ethical, economic and social
implications. Business management
skills like problem solving, organising,
presenting and so on.

helps me to approach their courses to
content differently are some areas in
which my friends were very helpful to me.

study sessions also gave me different
experience by attempting different
exercises together and solving the
problems helped me to internalise the
habit of brainstorming along with getting
to know my classmates in a better manner.

working together supported me to find the
answer and improve the understanding of
the subject matter, that support me for
better grades for academic performance
(Lombardi, 2019)
By being a team player, I got to practise
better learning techniques, it helped me to
become more academically proficient and
will help me get a better job. Education
has always been a social concept, so it is
necessary to have a positive peer to peer
learning experience. Online classes also
supported me to engage with the many
students which resulted in learning from
each other and they became a source to
encourage and motivate me to push my
boundaries and face the challenges. By
evaluating each other’s learning and
giving feedback to each other
performance, so that we can easily operate
in an active and cooperative environment.
In classroom teacher gave me many group
assignment and task which helped me to
gain knowledge and helped me to connect
with my peers in different environment,
we also supported each other throughout
the semester and gave feedback for each
other performance, so that we can try to
work on this to improve this.
