Reflection learning
Reflective learning refers to a way of learning that allow learner to step back from the
experience of learning as it is useful to develop critical thinking skills so that future performance
of individual person is to be improved proficiently. By involving within this report I effectively
understand the business and management discipline because it helps in developing my future.
Involving in this module helps to gain more skills and knowledge along with recognising
strength and weaknesses effectively. At the time of learning I have to participate in several
activities so that I would enhance my learning skills prominently and effectively. The main use
of formative feedback by gaining success in higher education is that it helps students to think and
provide effective information to teachers with information to effectively guide the future
instruction. This is very useful for developing my career effectively because by involving in this
my critical thinking skill is to be improved and helps in becoming a best students. There are
several skills which are to be learnt while involving in this module in university (Warda, 2021).
These are communication skill, time management skills, critical thinking and problem solving
skills, personal skills, technology etc. A demonstration of strengthening skills and knowledge is
to be done when a student effectively analyse actual strong skills that helps in developing
professional career. Reflective learning is highly beneficial to develop good career because by
giving an interview an individual strengthen their skills. It is one of essential learning in
individuals life as it is useful in several manner:
