the knowledge and a brief introduction in relation to the acclimate and also about the higher
education. This considers an event which helps the new students to acknowledge their institution

SKILLS ANALYSIS
As in this systematic analysis some of the main skills I analysed which are needed in
academics are firstly, Teamwork is mainly the actions undertaken and combined in groups
which are helps to manage the effective and the efficient group working and functioning (Chan,
2019). It complies with the collaborative working in groups through which the common goals
and targets can be achieved. I am good in teamworking as I can manage the group projects in
systematic manner and can also maintain the working through all the adherence and with
diversified thinking approach. There is been analysed that I can lead and direct the team in
effective manner and can also take the ideas of all the person who are working with me. I can
also develop this skill further by taking various models in my behaviour and also by
communicating with students and my colleagues in participative manner. I can develop this skill
my eventually growing my habit of working in group projects and assignments through which I
will be able to take the ideas and make the better communication with all.
Another skill is Presentation which is the purpose led summary which provides and deliver
the key information regarding the company’s products, practises and plans that are externally and
internally managed and designed to explain the ideas and to deliver the ongoing proposal and

effective presentation and is unable to deliver the ideas and thoughts in adequate presentable
manner. In order to develop this skill, I will learn to make an effective presentation and will also
try to emerge in various group discussion session so that I will gain confidence in presenting my
ideas and thoughts to others. Other than this I will also try to learn from all the seniors about the
effective presentations making and the ways through which the reports are being deliver in the
academics.
Lastly, there is Note-taking which is mainly the writing down of all the important topics
through which the important information can be read out later (El Alfy, 2021). This usually helps
the students to learn in proper manner as usually when the lectures are attended, the students
forget about the topics when the try to recall it later. So, note taking generally help them to revise
all the important information which is marked by them on general basis. I am not that good in
note taking as I analysed that somehow all such activities and functions draws the elements in
which I find it difficult to make proper notes. So, in order to manage all such things, I try to
make and cover the important topics in notes. In order to develop this skill, I will try to make
effective bullet points of all the lectures which are given in the class and also try to make the
efficient areas and the main heads through which the topics will make me to know about the
significant areas and important points that are needed to be recalled. I will try to make proper
interaction and attentiveness in class so as to note down all the important topics.
CONCLUSION
From this above essay it is showcased that, orientation for higher education complies to have
all the collection of data with which the general analysis and the functions area managed in an
abrupt manner. There is been drawn that certain skills are required in all the classes thorough
which the students can somehow manage the growth and adaptability they are like note taking
skill, presentation skill and teamwork skills. Here these skills can be opted through continuous
learning and also by applying them on daily basis in order to make the growth. Somehow, all
