Reflection of learning
Before attending the module I only know that students are asked to behave in certain
manner at any workplace so that set standards might be maintained . However after attending
the module I have learnt about the impact of culture and detailed about certain acceptable
standards or behavioural expectations that need to be strictly followed so that better learning
environment might be maintained (Mintz and et.al., 2019) . Furthermore, cultures are different
and within every social system there are people that follows and practice certain beliefs and
norms that needs to be clearly identified and respected for the same. Moreover, I during the
module I have analysed that if the cultural differences are not identified in the right manner than
it would only lead to misunderstanding and create conflicts between diverse group of people.
Also, during the learning about my topic I have identified that culture has the strong influence
on how people respond to each other in various complex business situations.
Furthermore, it is required that people behave in certain manner so that other people do
not feel disrespected and hurt by the sentiments through others. Also, during the learning I have
realized that if cultural differences are given the prime importance than better trust,
communication and productivity might be assured that will help in achievement of various
personal goals and objectives in the future (Sun ,Teh and Linton, 2018). Moreover, I have
realized that business management topic is very wide and hence while working in any practical
environment it is essential that diversity is understood well in advance so that greater
teamwork and continued business relationship might be assured in due course of time while
working in any business management post. Thus, this module have clearly enhance cultural and
behavioural concepts to large extent that would allow in achieving greater excellency and the
productivity.
Future implications
Moreover this type of learning would assist me in the future where I aim to work in any
reputed retail organisation on the business manager or related post through following the
professional code of behaviour so that better engagement might be developed and chances of

at the workplace would assure that I display the team building skills so that daily routine task so
