INTRODUCTION
There are different factors or elements that play crucial role in success of individual. It is
essential that person have information about different aspects and elements in order to gain
success in higher education. There are various topic which is covered by individual during
academic qualification and it will lead to have significant influence over performance of a person
to perform well (Felgueira and Rodrigues, 2020). This report includes understanding about
different elements such note taking, self organisation and time management skills. Working in
team have been analysed as well as critical thinking and academic credibility has been
determined. In this report level of knowledge before and after classes has been analysed. Apart
from this, performance has been analysed on the basis of formal and informal feedback.
MAIN BODY

Note-taking, self-organisation and time management skills
Notes taking can be describe as the practice of person to make summary of important
aspects which needs to be remembered by individual. Self organisation and time management
skill is helpful for successfully performing or managing individual activities in significant
manner so that person is able to complete required set of work with in set time frame. Before
OSHE classes I have little or no knowledge regarding these aspects. I have understading the
notes taking and time management skills is crucial for person in order to rembering facts or
completion of required task (Bernoster, Mukerjee and Thurik, 2020). Through these classes I
have gained more detailed and accurate information about these topic along with its importance
to carry out practices in required manner. Through these classes I have learned that it is
important for student to take notes in class in order to perform better and accurate with in the
class as well as accomplishing desired goal. Self organisation and time management skill will
assist in successfully managing different task in accurate manner. I have developed different
strategies for gathering more information about these topic as well as use it significantly in order

to accomplish success in higher education. For increase notes taking I have make it habit to write
in short or summary of important information so that it could be used in future. In order to
improve time management potential I have focus on classifying my work on the basis of urgent
and important. Through this I was able to take correct decision that is accurate for overall
increment in my performance and potential. I have used this information in day to day practices.
By notes taking habit I am able to remember different facts and it assist me in increasing my
learning capacity. In order to enhance performance and productivity I have considered time
management strategies in order to successfully manage personal and professional practices.
Working in Teams
Before this classes I have understanding that working in a team is refer as the way of
conducting practices with other people or group. I have analysed that team working is complex
task as individual have to work according to the team. In a team, each and every task is divided
and individual member have to complete their own task in order to successfully accomplish
desired goals (Covin and et.al., 2020). I have determined that better communication strategies is
significant for enhancing capability of a person to work with in the team. Through strong and
effective communication a person is able to convey message and ideas in more significant
manner as well as successfully completing team task. I have learned that communication skills is
supportive for improving or developing better relationship with the team as well as increasing
over all performance of a person to work within the team. I have determined that I team working
will lead to have positive impact on overall capabilities and potential of a person to conduct
required practices (Mazzetti and et.al., 2020). I have used this information while working with
in the team as well as creating better relationship with other team members. This is helpful for
increasing my working capabilities and due to effective communication or better relationship
with other team member I can get support from others and increase my overall level of
performance. I am able to learn new things form other team member and they are supporting me
while dealing with the issues.
Critical Thinking and Academic Credibility
Critical thinking can be describe as the potential of a person to successfully analyse and
evaluate different aspects (Davidson and Ewert, 2020). This is very important for taking better
and effective decision to conduct required practices in more significant way. Academic
credibility play essent6ial role in improving chances for successfully performing practices.

Before classes I have lack of information about importance of critical thinking as well as
academic credibility for enhancing or accomplishing success of higher education. I have
considered different methods and approaches of gathering more information about critical
thinking as well as academic credibility. This is significant for increasing my overall
performance to perform better during academic qualification. I have analysed that information
about critical thinking and academic credibility lead to have significant impact on my overall
performance as well as conducting practices in better manner (Honicke, Broadbent and Fuller-
Tyszkiewicz, 2020). I have developed strategy for improving critical thinking skills I have
focused on determining different aspects as well as gathered information about different
elements which lead to have direct impact on my performance to take better decisions. I have
used this knowledge in my personal and professional task. By developing better and accurate
information I have determined that by developing critical thinking capabilities I will be able to
take correct decision with in correct time. through this I am able to analyse different elements
about the decision as well as take decision which is beneficial for successful performance as well
as accomplishment of desired objectives.
Analysis of performance
I have analysed my performance on the basis of formal or information feedback received.
Through this I am able to determine my strength and weakness which lead to have direct impact
on my overall performance and potential to successfully attain desired goals. My strength and
weakness on the basis of my feedback analyse is mention below –
Strength – I have analysed that my major strength is communication skills. Due to strong
communication skills I am able to develop better relationship with other as well as conduct task
in better manner. Through effective communication I am able to convey my ideas or message to
others in more better manner so that receiver gets the correct meaning of message as well as use
it significantly (Mishra, 2020). I have strong team working capabilities and due to effective team
working potential I am able to conduct team task in significant manner as well as increasing my
potential to perform practices successfully. I have analysed that due to team working potential as
well as communication skills lead to positively impact on performance. I have effective critical
thinking potential as well as taking decision by analysing different factors.

Weakness – Through formal and informal feedback I have analysed that I am weak in time
management. Due to lack of time management capabilities I am not able to successfully and
effectively manage all task. This is directly affecting my potential or capabilities to conduct
required task in better manner. I have analysed that I need to improve time management and self
organisation capabilities in order to successfully and effectively conduct required set of practices
and accomplishing success. I have to improve my decision making capacities in order to take
quick or correct decision while working with in organisation.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that there are various elements that lead to have
significant impact on success of a person. It is crucial for person to gain more and more
information about different aspects in order to take correct decision as well as enhancing overall
performance. Time management skills play significant role in overall performance of a person as
well as conducting required set of practices. Communication skill is necessary for perform as it
will be beneficial for developing better relationship with customers.
