In this report, finding and recommendation for business improvements and its success
because original creation face many problems within the organization which affects it's badly
includes customer base, productivity, profitability, etc. there various issues find that business
face and also recommend for better improvements for business as consultant. Original creation
has been improved its business challenges with the help of recommendation for customer and
employees towards the business accomplish goals to achieve and become successful.

INTRODUCTION
The report is based on a company which is ORIGINAL CREATION. The company is facing
major issues in the sales that are getting lower than expectation. Not all product of the company
is getting succeed. The brand is facing loss as the company faced three unsuccessful months of
trying. The sales are too low to justify the cost of manufacturing. It is because the customers are
complaining about the quality of product and getting damaged goods. The return of product is
too high to justify the continuation of product. Therefore, the present report will critically
analyse the major issues that has been faced by the company. The customers are not satisfied
with the product as they are not getting good quality. Also, the report will provide appropriate
recommendation for the problem.

Consulting report to original creation because they face unsuccessful month in various
challenges that aspect by business. It affects the business completely so, consultancy report are
most important for Mary Shelley, this will helps them to improve business productivity and helps
in improve their customer case. Original creation is business which design product but not
manufacture the products. It offers the varieties of products such as air freshener for bathroom,
cloth dryers, garden light in shape of garden flower, blood pressure monitor, hair clippers and
exfoliate scrubs, etc. that made by others and manufacture similar products (Denning, 2019).
Company send rough idea to manufacture products. The main reason of consultancy report is
that original creation face that customers complain that some goods are damages and its directly
affects the business because the customer base will decrease and it also affects the productivity
of company which are not beneficial for business. However, the company need to keep focus o
its products which are mots important for them to retain the customer as well as its productivity.
Company can so lose its firm profitability if customer base of business get loss as well as it leads
in no generate revenues (Goniewicz, Burkle and Khorram-Manesh, 2020). They can face high
loss and its damage whole company because there are high operating cost, inadequate revenues,
poor utilization of resources, causes of expensive cost. Company face lower price in business
that also affects the business because total sales fail to enhance to make decline that the gross
profits in income statements will also go down so, the company face challenges increase

profitability for business. Collaborative activities are activities where business workers are
working coordinate and cooperatively in group and pairs. It means that company team share their
task in a group, and then they start their work for business coordination and cooperation within

for its company. Quality and price are most important for customer so, company must know

some reason that can be overcome through consistency, but they not able to stop whole problems
of business. Due to the lack of consistency in business, it can affect the customer experience and
it will lead in poor customer's relation. Customer base is essential part for product design
company, so, they affect badly by inconsistencies within the organization. consulting report for
business because they also lose their direction because of the poor utilization of resources,
unproductive capital, lack of pricing and costing, lack of management, absence of budgeting and
planning, bad maintenance of plant and machinery, bad sales promotions, inappropriate
planning, shortage of power, lack of finance, etc.

and follow marketing strategies that affects the business sales and its growth because some
candidates are most important in business such as investors, vendors and manufacturer.
Company face challenges in growth and developments and gain long term objectives, so these
are main reasons for consultancy report to original creation. It will help them to overcome from

profitability and productivity.
Key issues from ORIGINAL CREATIONS.
The company is facing major issue; the company's sales are getting low because
customers don't liked the quality of product, and they are not happy with service of the company.
The quality of product is not good and the delivery as they are getting damaged goods when it is
delivered. The new product ideas come from in house team and not getting a proper new idea. It
is mainly responsibility of operations and project management team (Jones and et.al., 2021).
1. Issues related to labelling - Operations are mainly involved in packing, labelling and
posting of the product. The project management is responsible for social projects all over
the company. It is also involved in sourcing of the products, transportation and material
and many more. The has only invested in digital marketing for promotion and people
don't like the way of marketing. The company markets the reach of original lifestyle
products, but they don't manufacture their own product.
2. Issues related to product - This issue is organized by competitive organization who
already makes similar products. Other company have the capability to make products
what company ask them to make. Once the company is satisfied they discuss the contract
based on cost, delivery time and quality of the product. The delivery time is to long as
other companies are delivering the product to soon and the price of product is also too
high according to the quality.
3. Issues related to ideas - The company always looks for new ideas of product as the
middle of it is keeping sales moving is novelty and interest. The product is withdrawn
after three months in brochure. Although, the boxes of toenail clipper are stacking up in
warehouse. That not being sold and it takes up valuable space in warehouse,

is complaining of quality and feels usefulness. It is being less than expected, sales of
goods is too low to justify the price of manufacturing. Moreover, the HR manager is
running a small group with young and relatively inexperienced staff. The warehouse
manager running a group with temporary staff that are hired from employment agencies.
The media manager is is responsible for putting the brochure together in every three
months and it has recently established the website (Wood and et.al., 2020).

The buyer manager manage the contracts with the companies which manufactures the
product that sold by Original Creation. Finance manager looking for finance and general
administration. Customer service team works for customer issue like payment, product enquires,
product complains, non-delivery and warranty. The staff of Original Creation is not taking care
of customers and not providing them the services and not giving reply on customer's feedback.
So the customers are unhappy from the company.
5. Issues related to product ideas – It is purely in-house and does not use focus groups,
idea generation take place on last Friday of every month. Usually result in ten new idea
exists forward and discussed and the major shareholder of the company is Marry Shelley.
She selected if any of the idea have taken further with the view to include them in
product portfolio. In the screening process she uses her own judgement as the company
growth is down to feel for the market (Krumm and et.al., 2021).
6. Lack of customer interaction – The major issue is that the company is not replying the
feedback of the customer and that creates the negative image of the company. That's the
reason behind customer don't like to buy the product from Original Creation. It is not
providing proper facilities to customers and other companies are providing them all the
facilities they needed. The is not solving the problems of customers whereas other
companies are solving their problems.
7. Lack of quality – It is the issue that the company is not focusing on the product quality
and providing low quality product to the customers. The company is also giving damaged
products to the customers, whereas other companies are providing them good quality
products. Therefore, the customers are not happy with the products of the company and
because of these customers are not purchasing the product from Original Creation. The
customers are buying the product from other companies (LAM, 2019).
Once the company select the product idea, Mary and her team find someone who can
make product. Its incorporated in the brochures and on the website. She thinks that the test of a
product is whether it is sold or not and no market research will conduct because of it. When the
product is launched, the small group of consumers contacted randomly and asked to complete the
questionnaire regarding their view on this product and other companies' product. The company is
having 40 employees in the company, and they are yet not solving the problem or customer's and
not helping them.
