communication is very much important while doing projects with my teammates. Without

Arnold, 2020). My tutor told me that I am improving day by day and learning how to
communicate openly in front of others. While giving presentation in front of my teammates I am
able to present myself with great confidence without any issues. Also, I am now able to
communicate with supervisors and seniors. This communication skills is going to support me in
every aspect and improve my professional and personal life. During week session, I was given
with assignments and professional letters to the concerned bodies, which has given me
confidence how to write down certain things clearly so that reader can easily understand what I
am trying to explain and what is the main purpose of writing it.
Working collaboratively with others
at the time of academic sessions week 7, I was given with many group projects which has
taught me teamwork is very important to achieve success. While working on group presentation I
am able to improve my teamwork skills, collaboration skills, presentation skills and research
skills. I have also learned toa djust with different culture people and teammates from different
background having different mindsets. In my professional life, these skills will definitely help
my to achieve goals by working collaboratively in a team. While working on group projects I am
able to know about my strengths and weaknesses and also understand the strengths and
weaknesses of others people in team (Ansar and Baloch, 2018). This session has given me
motivation to manage work using time management skills. Using Tuckman's model of group

development me and my teammates have completed task on time. As per Tuckman model team
only grow when they understand the stages of group development. With the help of this model I
am able to enhance my team easily. Using this model during learning sessions has helped my and
my teammates a lot. With this I have work better with other people and get along much better. I
am able to get comfortable enough to share my ideas with team and also able to share opinions
without fear of being criticized.
Problem solving skills
During the academic session held in week 8, I am able to enhance my problem solving
skills (Tanaka, Okamoto and Koide, 2018). Now I can solve complex problem based on
extensive knowledge of content and familiarity with a situation, not only this I can easily able to
find solution for the difficult problem and putting my efforts in investigation and researching in
a professional way. I have also understood that in academic life problem solving is very much
important because people will see your ability to think, ability to be creative and logical.
Problem solving skills has build my self-confidence as I have learned to look at challenges from
a fresh perspective. With the support of my tutors I am able to develop greater situational and
social awareness. Also, I have learned to manage time and develop patience in myself which is
beneficial for my future life.
Teamwork skills
During the session, I am able to know how important it is to communicate effectively
with team members and cooperate with them to resolve problems. With the help of this session I
am able to achieve goals just by operating with others. By learning the model named as Belbin's
team role I am able to understand how important it is to behave, contribute and interrelate with
each other in a particular way. I have learned that wherever team members are involved in the
company, they can easily achieve success. From this session, I have also understood my strength
that I can take on difficult task and able to tackle tough situation and issues.
Information and communication technology (ICT)
During the unit taken in week 10, I have learned the importance of ICT in students life
and professional career as well. ICT involves the practical use of a wide selection of computer
programmes as well as understanding of online equipments and tools. Now I am able to increase
my competence in the ICT field. With the support my teammates I am able to use
communication technology tools such as videoconferencing, zoom meetings, webex and slack.

During this session, my interest in learning IT skills has also increased which helps me improve
technological aspects.

This is the most effective model of reflection which helped me a lot from this model I am
able to express my learning journey and my experiences, feelings and evaluation. Now I am able
to share what improvement is needed, how the situation happened and how I can improve my
skills in the future (Adeani, Febriani and Syafryadin, 2020).
Talking about feelings, before producing the business case, I was feeling quite nervous as
I have not done such activity before. This was my first activity which I am going to do,
everything was going well while doing the activity. I was started gaining interest in the project
and put efforts in that. I had tried my best to complete this assignment and also feeling proud
that I am capable of working and meeting deadlines.
To successful completing this assignment I have worked with my teammates which has
helped me gain a lot of knowledge and also improved my skills like communication skills. This
has given me a self-confidence which I think is must while working on effective project.
Although me and my team have faced some conflicts and arguments but somehow I have
managed to settle down things. Also, I have faced some technical issues during presentation time
which was later settled down my team-mate. I think the only thing that need improvement is time
management rest all things went well. In the future I am going to focus on developing time
