communicate with supervisors and seniors. This communication skills is going to support me in
every aspect and improve my professional and personal life. During week session, I was given
with assignments and professional letters to the concerned bodies, which has given me
confidence how to write down certain things clearly so that reader can easily understand what I
am trying to explain and what is the main purpose of writing it.

at the time of academic sessions week 7, I was given with many group projects which has

During the session, I am able to know how important it is to communicate effectively
with team members and cooperate with them to resolve problems. With the help of this session I
am able to achieve goals just by operating with others. By learning the model named as Belbin's
team role I am able to understand how important it is to behave, contribute and interrelate with
each other in a particular way. I have learned that wherever team members are involved in the
company, they can easily achieve success. From this session, I have also understood my strength
that I can take on difficult task and able to tackle tough situation and issues.

During the unit taken in week 10, I have learned the importance of ICT in students life
and professional career as well. ICT involves the practical use of a wide selection of computer
programmes as well as understanding of online equipments and tools. Now I am able to increase
my competence in the ICT field. With the support my teammates I am able to use
communication technology tools such as videoconferencing, zoom meetings, webex and slack.
