usefulness of communication in enhancement of our professional competency. The issue I faced
was my pity presentation skills where I committed a range of mistakes, otherwise my verbal,
written all forms of communication had been satisfactory. As VARK model suggests four types
of learner then in the module I found my strong skills of learning with visual, reading and
writing. Here I personally believe to develop skills of being smart with use of such tools and
ways so can enhance my learning outcomes. My written communication has been wonderful
since in the unit I have learnt how to structure my report, how it should be started, what is the
gist of a report, how value enhancement can be done etc., which made my writing skills better.
Module augmented my numeracy knowledge too. I learnt to use different tools for data
analysis and using that for my educational and professional purposes. It would be helping me in
thriving my employability skills in the future. The only problem I found in my ability of using
new digital tools of data analysis such as SPSS etc. I have perceived to use different statistical
tools in the unit. There have been a range of such tools such as using quantitative aptitudes of
statistics, mean, median, mode for fulfilment of the learning aims.
I have also learnt to use different tools of ICT, such as Microsoft office programmes, Which
helped my to enhance my understanding level with these all segments. The biggest giant has
been using advance features of excel where different short cuts and using new functions troubled
me a lot, otherwise it has been a wonderful experience. Some other tools such as some
applications which help in data analysis have been used efficiently. I found the sessions
interesting but poor performance with excel had been a bone in butter.

of learner then in the module I found my strong skills of learning with visual, reading and
writing. Here I personally believe to develop skills of being smart with use of such tools and
ways so can enhance my learning outcomes. My written communication has been wonderful
since in the unit I have learnt how to structure my report, how it should be started, what is the
gist of a report, how value enhancement can be done etc., which made my writing skills better.
Module augmented my numeracy knowledge too. I learnt to use different tools for data
analysis and using that for my educational and professional purposes. It would be helping me in
thriving my employability skills in the future. The only problem I found in my ability of using
new digital tools of data analysis such as SPSS etc. I have perceived to use different statistical
tools in the unit. There have been a range of such tools such as using quantitative aptitudes of
statistics, mean, median, mode for fulfilment of the learning aims.
I have also learnt to use different tools of ICT, such as Microsoft office programmes, Which
helped my to enhance my understanding level with these all segments. The biggest giant has
been using advance features of excel where different short cuts and using new functions troubled
me a lot, otherwise it has been a wonderful experience. Some other tools such as some
applications which help in data analysis have been used efficiently. I found the sessions
interesting but poor performance with excel had been a bone in butter.

The best part of going through the module was imparting ability of being ready to face problem
and getting ready for problem solving. In the sessions I have learnt to deal with different issues
pertain to profession and how with some set of skills and practices, approaches it can be
resolved. For the sake working as a team member is an essential thing and I found these areas
very problematic since I believe in the notion of keeping my belief in myself which does not
work so it is the problem or weakness I traced in me. In the unit we people gathered data together
and divided our total work among the team members so can work efficiently. With this regard
the theory of Tuckman has been taken into consideration. The theory suggested five stages
which develop strong teams like- Forming, storming, norming, performing, adjourning. The
another skill that has been developed in me during this module is related to effective team
management.
The Belbin theory related to effective team management skill states that, it is important to
understand the, role of team member along with the role of self. The major team conflict arises
when the roles and responsibilities are not clear in the mind of the team members. Also, this has
cleared my vision in context of understanding the perspectives of team members and on the basis
of that, I have identified the strengths and weaknesses of the members and it has helped me in
assuring roles and responsibilities to team members and major conflicts has been solved due to
this. Thus, during this module I have learned numerous things that has helped me in terms of
solving challenges. Also, I have found my major weaknesses and I have made an action plan in
relation of improving my skills.
