Original Creations serve in the market segment as a range of original lifestyle products
inclusive of outdoor collections like automatic air freshener for bathrooms, rainwear for cats and
dogs in addition with indoor collections like blood pressure monitor, hair clippers and more
(Ford and Despeisse, 2016). The present report include discussion on the effectiveness of proper
management of Original Creations by overcoming the manner through which company can
effectively develop their new products. In addition to this report include ideas as well as
strategies that will help the company to make expansion in the market segment by forecasting the
opportunities. Along with this discussion on the role of different departments in the company to
develop new product successfully along with the role of sales and HR department is also being
discussed to make improvement in sales and business performance.

The main reason to conduct this report is to evaluate and analyse the issues that the
company, i.e., Original Creations is facing currently in the market segment. In context to this
some of the major reasons of this report is that company needs to have proper understanding of

den Ende, 2014). In this organization needs to serve the unique and latest item to customers as
some of the products of company failed to succeed. In this Original Creations need to provide

rough idea of the production to other small manufacturers. For this Original Creations needs to

As per the above mentioned evaluation it has been analyse that company is facing various

Introduction
This part of project is inclusive of reflective analysis of the learning experiences. In this
analysis of the skills that has been developed by me in the initial learning in the unit has been
analysed according to the business case of this project. In this part of the project various key
development skills that has been developed my me has been significantly discussed with the help
of Tuckman team development model and Belbin role.
Main Body
The personal reflection aspect of the present report inclusive of discussion based on my personal
development as well as learning of skills during the session in classroom. All this knowledge and
skill has been proves to be effective in developing my team working as well as collaborative
working ability. It has been realised that the skills and learning that has been evaluated in this
sessions played crucial roles in accomplishing my project objectives as well as goals. The
business function management tool, communication skills, leadership skills decision making,
problem solving and strategy development effectively enhanced my competencies as well as
capabilities that further help in developing my personality furthermore the lecture for emphasise
on challenges that company faced. In the second week in the team discussion has been conducted
on individual objectives and goals in order to manage project international, business
management etc. Furthermore, during the second week I have significantly learn about the
challenges which assist me to evaluate my capabilities and personalities. This enhance my
learning capabilities as well as experience in an effective manner the group activity in which the
present report is done is named on Original Creations that have faced problems such as decrease
in sales, language barrier and challenges and improper management of supply along with
communication issues.
In this I have started my work with my other fellows to form the roles according to the
Tuckman model of team building. It has been analysed Tuckman model of team building is
inclusive of teams in which team members need to go through different stages in which the
forming stage is inclusive of the aspect in which team is creative and every members to introduce

to each other. In this group members get to know every individual skills (Rosemann and Brocke,
2015). Furthermore the second stage of this model is inclusive of storming stage in which
individuals need to go through new experiences. The next step is norming in which team
members collaborate with each other. Furthermore the performing is a stage in which every
member focus on fulfilling overall goal. The final stage of this framework is adjourning stage in
which the success is celebrated. During my practice week I make application of this theory to
form group to evaluate possible suitable options for company. In this I was a member of a group
in which I get to know about other members specialty and skills. While the next step inclusive of
problem discussion that has been faced by the company. In addition to this with the help of my
group members I have conducted discussion on different options and lead towards the next step
in which every individual opinions has been discussed that further lead us to come to the agreed
solution. During the performing stage every individual completed the goal and worked hard. At
last the final stage has been inclusive of submission of task in which positive outcome has been
received.
However there were some areas in which I have faced challenges. However conflicts in
the team was minor, but it is essential to solve the conflicts that lead my group members and me
to implement conflict resolving strategies through the Belbin team role theory. In this the Belbin
team role theory is efficiently used to resolve conflicts and problems among members. With the
help of this every individual is being assigned to the roles according to their personality. With
the help of Belbin role I overcome the conflict which in which I played the role of a sharper with
the help of accomplishing goal assured good experience that help me to recognise my skill.
There are some most important learning outcome of the sessions is being duly evaluated below:
Communication skill:
I have developed my understanding of the importance of communication skill in personal
as well as professional life. With the help of my experience in group and the understanding of the
case study I understand did this fact that communication skill plays important role in which with
the help of various communication tool assured of overall outcomes can be done with the help of

taking advantage of professional and personal writing activities individual can assure successful
and outcomes.
Numeracy:
It has been analysed that the chapter numeracy inclusive of calculated and financial
figures which is important for business operations. It is essential for organization to undertake
calculation of all the aspects in effective manner the lecture significantly aid me in developing
and learning forecasting techniques. In this with the help of the case study I understand that this
fact that company needs to make proper budgeting in order to keep their production cost low.
ICT:
I have duly learned different type of numerous skills associated to Microsoft Office
programming in order to conduct s task. The Ms programs has been used to assign group
activities. In this I take use of Microsoft word skills to complete my project.
Problem solving:
My skills associated with problem solving techniques has been significantly enhanced
with the help of this study. In this I analyse case study in effective manner and determine the
problems that company is facing which help me to develop under taking decisions in effective
manner.
Working with others:
The most essential element of this session is that I learn to understand the importance of
team working with the help of division of work as per the expertise and knowledge collaborative
and coordinated work can be assured, that helps in building leadership communication
confidence and work management.
