In context to the organization, the company sells their tablet computers
business to business. The company also realized that the hardware and
content proved to be one of the most effective when a whole classroom
was using it. In addition to that, it also supports the company in
increasing its sales and also reducing the various issues of potential
number which could arise from the various consumers. In reference to
the long term plan, the company is also tackling a business to consumer
strategy. In context to organization, its major stakeholders are
customers, suppliers and government.
In context to stakeholder, it basically consists of the
characterization and identification in relation to the stakeholders
for an initiative and a company. In reference to the organization,
the stakeholders have a major impact on the various areas of the
company. In reference to the different areas, it comprises of

When in comes to technology market, it is highly growing and is
impacted by various changes as soon as the technology gets
updated. In relation to the emerging technologies, it basically
comprises of the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence. The
major issue was Global Pandemic. Due to Pandemic, it resulted in
influencing and impacting on the supply of the various hardware
components. During the pandemic, the trends in relation to the
consumer spending has taken a downturn which not only
impacted the ICT Industry but also due to working from home,
the appetite of consumers for tablets has increased.
In addition to that, other issues including failure to satisfy the
demand of clients, high level of competition and less spending
due to economic downturn.
In order to address the selected issue, it is very important for the
company to generate new leads and converting these leads in a
speedy manner and involve every part of the organization to
support each other. When it comes to addressing these issue, it is
very important for the organization to develop effective strategies.
It is highly important to establish a effective communication
channel and working on improving the communication process
with all the stakeholders and also to ensure that accurate and
timely data is facilitated for the purpose of decision making and
effective planning.

Brainstorming: In order to address the issue, one of the best
creative technique used in order to solve various issues is
Brainstorming. It is a group problem solving method which

solutions and creative ideas. When it comes to such activities, it
basically involves the freewheeling and intensive discussion
where every member is allowed to suggest and think various
ideas in order to solve the problem.

solution, outsourcing manufacturing, second manufacturing

modifications. In addition to that, it involves various electronic
access restrictions in case of the electronic files which contains
