AI Summary
This report examines the impact of hazardous chemical exposure on workers in both the United States and globally, focusing on the role of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The report highlights the potential health risks associated with chemical exposure, including damage to the central nervous system, kidneys, and lungs, as well as the increased risk of cancer and burns. It emphasizes the importance of adhering to OSHA's Hazard Communication standards, which require employers to provide accurate information about workplace chemicals and hazards. The report also discusses the role of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in defining hazardous materials and wastes, and the importance of proper handling to minimize negative impacts on human health and the environment. It further underscores the need for employers to provide training to protect workers in industries where hazardous chemicals are present, advocating for the protection of workers' rights and the provision of a safe working environment.

Hazardous chemical exposure to US workers and global industrial workers.
As per the views of United States department of labour, (2020), it has been determined
that chemical exposure will lead to cause major and serious impact over the health and worker of
global industry. Exposure of chemical will lead to affect over the central nervous system, kidney,
lungs damage, cancer, burn and efforts which is influence the health condition of the person
(Chemical Hazard Communication U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health
Administration, 2020). It is very important to provide correct and accurate measures so that
hazardous chemical exposure can be prevented. There are different provision regarding to
hazardous chemical. Under the provision of Hazard Communication standards it has been
determined that it is crucial for employees to provide correct and accurate information to
employees about the hazards as well as identities of workplace chemicals to which they are
exposed. Hazard communication standards can be describe as the established uniform
requirements which is significant for making sure the hazards of all chemicals which are
imported, developed as well as used in US are correctly evaluated that required information is
transmitted to affected employers and exposed employees. OSHA is significant for providing
state safety and health plan that is useful for preventing any kind of issues and problems related

accurate information to employees and employers with the motive of reducing any kind of
hazard of damage. Hazardous materials and wastes are defined by the Environmental Protection
Agency as those elements or materials which are potentially harmful to human health and the
environment. It is essential to identify and determine all hazardous materials and waste products
in order to take correct and accurate measures for overcoming with the issues and successfully
overcoming the problems. There are different types of industrial material and waste generated
that can be classified into four parts such as chemical manufacturing, primary metal production,
metal fabrication, petroleum processing (Top Hazardous Materials In American Industries,
2020). It has been analysed that all materials and elements of chemical is not hazardous or toxic.
It is important to handle it correct and effectively in order to reduce the chances of exploring and
minimize it negative impact on human health and environment. Toxic chemical will lead to pose
a wide range of health as well as physical hazard to the employees of industry. This will directly

impact over health and increase the risk related to skin injuries and infection, allergies, asthma,
chemical burn, injury to internal organs, cancers and death. It has been analysed that large
number of employees has been affected due to unsafe and unhealthy conditions of working with
in the industry (Human rights and the protection of workers from exposure to toxic substances,
2020). It is crucial to follow the human right and provide proper protection to employees who are
working in toxic substances and hazardous chemical industry. Employers need to provide correct
